       My name is Jessica Gutierrez Magdaleno. I was born and raised in beautiful Santa Cruz County. Our Central Coast is a dream come true to many, but life and unexpected changes can call for the need to relocate, down size or upsize. As a realtor, I have the great privilege to assist you and your loved ones with these changes.  My goal is to always try an make transition feel smooth and easy, keeping you informed and updated through out the transition process. 

      Prior to joining Bailey Properties I worked in the medical field. I covered different roles in the central coast for over 20 years. Some of those roles were direct patient care, office management, translating for physicians and staff and new staff training. I enjoyed and learned from every role.  Now as a Realtor, I carried over my great problem solving skills, continuing to be dependable carrying and honest. I am Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish. I am proud and grateful to be able to continue to serve focusing on each unique housing need.
